WP Copilot members enjoy access to some of the best WordPress services in Australia. Monthly support time from our team of developers is included in our WordPress Support membership. Some clients like to keep support time up their sleeve as insurance should something unexpected occur, while others like to use it all to make continuous website improvements.
Either way it’s now easier for clients to view and manage support time at a glance! To do this we’ve added some new features in our members area.
The first change members will notice is an update to the dashboard where you can now see how much support time you have remaining, open a new ticket or purchase additional support time all in one location.
The second change is a new page under the “Support” menu, called “Time log”. This shows you how much time you’ve purchased and used every month. Our WordPress experts record the time spent on each ticket which is now instantly updated in the time log and displayed along with the ticket number and title!
WordPress support time is the number one benefit of WP Copilot for many clients, so we hope you find these new time management features useful, and look forward to any feedback.
